5150: Home 4 tha Sick is a 1992 EP by Eazy-E, his first release after the break-up of N.W.A.. It was the last Ruthless record released through Priority.

The EP is notable for various reasons. The introduction is seemingly a response to Dr. Dre. "Neighborhood Sniper" begins with Eazy-E assassinating Rodney King, a sentiment matched in real life when Eazy defended King's police assailants. And the track "Merry Muthafuckin' Xmas" features some unusual guests - Buckwheat, an early collaborator of The Pharcyde - and Will 1X and the Atban Klan, a Ruthless Records group comprised of Red Foo and two future members of The Black Eyed Peas, (then known as Will 1X) and
